Patriot Homes is a family owned and operated business which has deep roots in construction. The family has been building and remodeling homes for over 35 years.

In 1991, Joe Gill began building homes in Nanaimo, BC and continued doing so until as recently as 2017. Over his long career he built over 50 homes in Nanaimo. In 2009, his son, and now President of Patriot homes, Aman Gill, became involved in the family business and learning the finer details from his father. His background in Engineering was a natural fit for this line of business.

In 2013, Aman moved to Victoria and began to expand the business in the local Victoria market while continuing to build in Nanaimo. The family reunited in Victoria in 2015 and has continued to build and remodel homes, and is excited about the future opportunities in Victoria. Patriot Homes Ltd. is a proud member of the Victoria Residential Home Builders Association, and a multiple CARE Award winner.

As an HPO licensed builder we offer start-to-finish solutions for every project. We begin by meeting with new clients to understand your needs and budget and begin design of your Custom home. We also have relationships with realtors that we can leverage to find you a building site. We will work with you through the design and permitting stage and ensure your wants and needs are addressed. Once construction begins, we handle all the management and sub-trades through to final occupancy when you get your new home keys!
